Free Parking Redemption Locations:

G/F Shroff Office : 10am - 10pm

B3 Shroff Office : 7:30am – 12:00 midnight

Customers must present both the original same-day machine-printed sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip or the electronic payment record (Include Octopus, VISA, MasterCard, EPS, Alipay, Apple Pay, Boc Pay, Google Pay, Tap & Go, Samsung Pay, UnionPay and WeChat Pay) for enjoying carpark privileges.
Customers spending at E-max shops from B3 to 5/F are entitled a free parking. Original same-day machine-printed sales receipt with the information of shop name, address, amount of sales transaction and transaction date have to present for enjoying free parking. Handwritten, photocopied, or reprinted receipt is not accepted. (The E-Max shop lists are kept updated from time to time without further notice; customer could enquire for details at G/F Customer Service Counter).
Free parking redemption should be made at the Shroff Offices on G/F and B3 with valid same-day sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip (Please present the electronic payment record if customer pays in mobile phone). Sales receipt will be stamped by staff of Shroff Office for verification. If the customer refuses to present the relevant information, it is not obliged to process the free parking and free valet parking privileges.
(For every additional hour parked beyond the free parking hours, the prevailing parking fee will be duly charged onwards.)
Customers have to produce their payment receipt and electronic slip to our staff for verification, photo taking and transaction information registration.
Free parking privilege should not be offered under the following situation:
- Parking ticket of B1 Loading & Unloading area or any vehicle parked at B1 Loading & Unloading area.
- Purchase of admission ticket (including the admission tickets of Hong Kong Ticketing and Cityline), receipt of banking or credit card, purchase inside exhibition halls, telephone/utility bills, enrollment fee, shopping/gift/cash vouchers or coupons, receipts from value-adding services including Octopus/Alipay, etc.
- Purchase of admission tickets to show and performances (including tickets purchased from Hong Kong Ticketing and Cityline).
- Receipts of ATM banking machines, receipts issued by exhibitors in exhibition halls, purchase and value-adding of Octopus card or Alipay are ineligible.
- Octopus value-added receipts, bill payments receipts, service fee receipts, purchase and/or add value service of tenants’ membership card, purchase and consume of cash/gift/meal from merchants’ receipts, counterfoils of credit card or EPS payment slips are not accepted.
- Copies of the sales receipts, receipts of temporary exhibition unit/kiosk are not accepted.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other free parking privileges or vouchers or coupons.
Each car can only redeem one time and a maximum of 2-hour free parking. Maximum two times free parking redemption can be enjoyed every day.
Customers should use the same hourly ticket, Octopus card or Credit Card for entry and exit. Failure to do so will render the redeemed parking privilege void.
Customers lost the hourly parking ticket/Octopus card/VISA/MasterCard have to pay the $50 administration fee.
KITEC Management Limited shall have the absolute right to withdraw the free parking privilege for any doubtful receipt or invoice. In case of any dispute, the decision of KML shall be final.
KITEC Management Limited shall have the absolute right to amend or to terminate the above-mentioned Free Parking Privilege anytime without prior notice.

顧客出示E-MAX之食肆及商戶所發出之即日機印發票及電子收據可享免費泊車優惠，收據上必須印有商舖名稱地址，銀碼及即日日期。所有手寫，複印及重印之收據/發票恕不接受。(有關商戶名單將不時作出更新，恕不另行通知，詳情可聯絡顧客服務中心)
顧客請於出車前連同時租車票/八達通/VISA/萬事達及有關機印發票及電子收據(如使用手機繳費則需出示相應軟件之繳費記錄)，前往G/F或B3繳費處辦理手續，繳費處之職員會在收據蓋印以茲識別及拍照存檔，顧客如未能提供機印發票及電子收據，將不獲享有優惠。(凡超出優惠時段之泊車費則由顧客繳付)
顧客需向本處職員出示消費收據及電子貨幣存根作檢查、即時拍照及登記資料
如遇以下情況，均不能享有以上泊車優惠:
- 持B1貨物起卸區入閘證或車票及泊車於B1貨物起卸區內之車輛。
- 購買表演入場券(包括快達票售票網及購票通之門券) ，銀行單據，信用咭收據，展覽場地內購物單據，增值或購買八達通/支付寶等充值服務，繳付電話費，學費，公用事業或政府相關繳費。
- 任何八達通增值、繳費、小費、購買商戶會員卡、會員卡增值、購買及消費展覧場內商戶之現金券/禮券/餐券發出之發票、信用卡及易辦事收據存根。
- 臨時展銷攤位及小賣車之單據。
消費泊車優惠不可與本中心其他泊車優惠或優惠券共同使用。
每架車輛每次進場泊車只可享用泊車優惠一次。每日只可享用二次泊車優惠。
顧客必須使用同一張時票、八達通或信用卡進出車場及換領泊車優惠，否則已換領之泊車優惠將視為無效。
凡遺失入場時租車票/八達通/VISA/萬事達須收取 $50作為行政手續費用。
九龍灣國際展貿中心管理有限公司有權拒絕給予持有問題發票或車票之人士泊車優惠，如有任何爭議，一切將以九龍灣國際展貿中心管理有限公司最終決定為準。
九龍灣國際展貿中心管理有限公司有權在無須事先通知下而隨時可更改或終止上述之購物消費免費泊車優惠。
